3D Printed End Effectors and Grippers on a Collaborative RobotChemtron Pte Ltd is proud to share with you a success case study with one of our customers who used our Markforged 3D Solutions to produce customized grippers and end effectors for their Collaborative Robots.
This video shows an assembly process carried out by a TECHMAN ROBOT TM5-700 Robot. A 30% scaled 3D-printed TM5-700, printed from Markforged 3D printer is being assembled part-by-part using its real size counterpart. This process is aided with integrated camera to correct minor scale errors (translational or rotational) present in real application for every action, i.e. pick and place, assembling, and positioning.
